• scope are the vital signs, symptoms, clinical observations

• symptoms: are more subjective information (from patient)
• clinical observations: is more objective information, based on clinical measurements

• the business documentation is being reviewed & will be made available in FR and NL later on this week

• we are aligned with the int'l IPS profile, with some extensions however
• hearing test: there will be one result, without distinction b/w left or right ear

• however we will have 3 observations: right, left, general
• proposal to use hasMember

• profiling has started in core-clinical

• a new compatible one will be drafted

• eBirth & Glycemic are also using observations so both projects will have to be modified
