Minutes
- Medication scheme is a document that is a snapshot of what a patient/person currently takes
- it has an author, date
- FHIR MS will also have an author
- it is confirmed that there is an author per line - we need to add this
- there is also an author for all
- FHIR: patient identifier --> NIS number
- gender: change of codes is needed as kmehr values are slightly different than the ones in FHIR
- transactions
- isComplete, isValidated: what do we need this for?
- in kmehr the idea was that the GP could validate all the medication lines, it is too much work so it is not used
- in Zorgi the MS has a validation: a nurse will record the MS upon intake of a patient in the hospital, a physician validates the MS medically
- FHIR status has plenty of values
- in kmehr MS a BeginMoment is required
- lifecycle: the suspension of a product
- instruction for patient vs text: what is the difference
- can anyone look this up ?
- not everything from kmehr will be converted into FHR
Agenda items for next meeting
- feedback on presented valueset
- validation of FHIR medication scheme
Next meeting 28 February at 11AM
