This is the landing page for the Patient Dossier WG that covers the vaccination, allergy & intolerance, patient will and other care sets.
On this page you will find some general information on this WG, the schedule and the meeting minutes of this WG.
As from 8 June 2023 we have worked on Patient Will. This profile has been officially published here. As from January 2024 we have started working on Patient Problem list and Observations. Currently the business documentation is being put together by RIZIV/INAMI.
As from April 2025 we will start working on Procedure and Observation and as from mid May 2025 on Problem list. Anyone with interest, can join.
