- Within HL7 Belgium we miss knowledge on our issues. We would have to try to start a working item (building an implementation guide) at HL7 International level
- IHE is doing some work in ITI Infrastructure, Document Encryption, see DEN Technical Framework Supplement
- We have to define a problem statement
- We should work on some scenarios where we write up f.e.
- guidance on TLS
- full E2EE encryption
- We would need to define some use cases.
- We should write up why encryption is sometimes/often given up in a FHIR context.
