• Jan Lenie has done some preparations on dosage instructions (possible "translations" from kmehr into FHIR) and is presenting them

• We look at the first example to check if nothing is missing

• dosageInstruction: no text, is recommended

• boundsPeriod : time is not mandatory, T and everything afterwards can be left out

• administrationUnit

• naming system will have to be defined, change to Snomed CT?
• there is a translation b/w kmehr and SAMv2, FAGG is doing this and this will be finished next week

• Quantity is an object, see http://hl7.org/fhir/R4/datatypes.html#SimpleQuantity

• What do we do with quantity/unit vs dose forms: we can use 2 ways, without mixing them

• doseAndRate : can we support 2 systems ?

• José is sharing the EDQM database, https://standardterms.edqm.eu/# , you need to request a login, it is not a fancy website but the content is valuable

• José will look at the kmehr administration units
• if it is in the SAMv2 database, it will have to be supported

Next steps / action items:

• Jens : analysis on HL7 FHIR model with Jan'ss examples for dosageInstruction (goal is to end up with logical model)

• receive FAGG mapping on kmehr and SAMv2 through RIZIV
