Dispense Record
Use Case: produced when Pharmacist dispenses a medication
Out of scope of Dispense Record:
- This may be useful for MedicationRecord / MedicationSchema, but that is not in scope
- Quality checks - we will define the format in which the dispense is recorded, as a direct result from the pharmacists' dispense, not a quality assessment
- Formulary exchange, e.g. how to make sure that pharmacy systems have access to all CNK codes
- Transport, security, privacy (will be defined in other discussions)
Optional in scope:
- Structuring of posology info
- Cataloguing or terminology for Magistral preparations (those will be text entries)
