- IHE is doing some work in ITI Infrastructure
- All work that HL7 is doing is public
- We could invite some experts to our group
- 2 open topics that we should work on with experts at int'l level to create guidance documents, preferably separate documents
- how to achieve end-to-end encryption within HL7 FHIR and how to standardize this
- how can FHIR servers distribute to other FHIR servers/act as a broker for other FHIR servers (f.e. several hospitals with their own FHIR server that aggregate ; trend is that hospitals are not hosting their own FHIR servers
- how to proceed ?
