Agenda
- feedback on latest updates
Minutes
- Magistral preparations: Jan did not have time to work on it
- Interesting link when you work on implementation guides: https://github.com/hl7-be/empty-ig
- Latest updates:
- Medication Scheme : see chat.fhir.org with advice from Lloyd McKenzie
- Definitions, see here
- requirements, see here
- treatment line should be next to summary, not under the summary, see here
- Scenario 1 - concurrent medications, see here: whatever we decide on grouping medications, there will be always another way to group them
- Scenario 2 - medication protocols, see here
- Important that everyone understands in the same way what a therapy is, also for pharmacist and patient
- All this will have an impact on dispensation
- José thinks of putting definitions together of a treatment line, snapshots etc
- Capture important points that we cannot forget in a google doc
- people can send their remarks in the chat and Karlien will collect them
- for example:
- When do we need to create or update a treatment line
- Do we need "days left" in treatment ?
- Received feedback on implementation guide
- start and end date, why not use period datatype : logical model does go into that detail yet
- FHIR datatypes are not referenced at logical datamodel level
- there are 2 types of identifier on treatment line
- treatment line has a unique identifier and has to have the medication parent an can have 1-many treatments (f.e. paracatemol can be there for a flu treatment and a headache treatment)
- it should be a reference, not a unique identifier - will be corrected
* Action items
- setup timeline: by when publishing a minimum viable model for the medication scheme (in the upcoming weeks TBC) - José
- prepare definitions of treatment line, snapshots etc - José
- any questions or important points to take into account in the future: put them in the chat - all
