Minutes
- What are the requirements for the visualisation tool ?
- requirements vs financing
- EU relance financing is almost confirmed
- budget for the labo project, ordering + structured results, is foreseen in this project a
- conform copy of the report contentwise
- what is expected: an exe on windows, a java, a cloud app ?
- see Visualisation : http://build.fhir.org/ig/hl7-be/hl7-be-fhir-laboratory-report/visualisation.html
- does the tool need to convert the narrative into structured info ?
- hapi has a mechanism to generate the narrative but this is very basic and does not meet the expectations (no hierarchic presentation); there are possbilities to make your own templates
- Robin is showing what hapi is generating
- needs some more tuning as all the information is listed at the same level, need some tabular view
- multiple templates will be necessary
- a test FHIR server will be necessary
- hapi templates could be improved
- removing div and using chrome viewer is already giving good displaying results
- template should be uniform along the project but will not be available for all platforms
- visualisator should show non-conform elements
- warnings from validator following the FHIR profile's recommendations
- full display of narrative (compared with the original narrative - comparison
- FHIR profile for lab results: are there any remaining comment ?
- proposal to start pilot phase and then re-assess the FHIR profile
- Alain states that it is time to start with the current FHIR profile
