• Progress has been made on the profiling of the examples have been worked on through Sushi
• Open questions on woundcare & diabetes: RIZIV has looked into them

• woundcare: new regulation is ongoing, will only be possible to discuss end of November once the new regulation has been finalised

• a prescription will not always be necessary anymore for woundcare - will be clarified end of November by RIZIV
• how will the communication to the GP happen ? a GP can always ask for feedback on a referral

• diabetes

• there are some existing referrals : gewone verstrekkingen, gewone podologie verstrekkingen, revalidatie verstrekkingen, ...
• business analysis is ongoing
• update will be given by RIZIV end of November

• Example on chronic psychiatric patients: one value set is still missing - to be taken up afterwards
• Structure of the referral's FHIR profile might have to be reviewed: RIZIV and Jean-Michel + Bart will set-up in a separate meeting to align the profile with the future as seen by RIZIV
• The tree structure will have to be reviewed to fit the purpose and for alignment reasons: there will be worked on offline (with RIZIV's input) and the proposal will be presented here

• Example on Medication:

• how to put ServiceRequest f.e. for applying a cream, there will be a medication request and a medication dispense ; similar for device request

• Open questions on examples: see in the Excel, sheet Open Questions

• Software vendors: receiving party will have to be able to visualise the referral
• Ordering of services cannot be mandatory
