• We want to move towards publication of some artefacts
• Work on medication request has started but has to go through the validation group before we can discuss it here
• Medication dispense: has been published several months ago. Are there still any issues ? Jan Lenie is pointing out some issues:

• the prescriber is missing

• how do we provide the prescriber when we don't have an electronical prescription
• the prescriber is an attribute of the prescription, not of the dispense
• we will need a local reference b/w the dispense and the prescription

• there is a need to dispense on substance

• what is the prescription is on substance
• we will need a local reference b/w the dispense and the prescription
• what if prescribed by the pharmacist, who does not have access to the metadata of the prescription - so these will have to be linked

• there is an issue with magistral preparation

• order of preparation (ingredients, an extension with sequence number might be necessary
• quantity prefix: latin prefixes f.e. "add aqua"

• issues have to be created on https://github.com/hl7-be/medication/issues, Jan will do this. Issues will be looked into and resolutions will be presented in the next WG meeting

• how will be do the grouping: by a grouping identifier or a separate object - preference seems to go for grouping identifier
• what in case of complex treatments, where medication intake is different each day

• medication start period: can we add an uncertain date ?

• some mustSupport's are missing f.e. on Dosage, will be modified

• we should be able to add day1 and day2 in Dosage, it will add guidance ; is this blocking ?

• binding on Snomed for medication: this is an example binding

• it is always a discussion what codes to use for Medication. There are plenty of bindings possible, snomed is an example binding, we don't need to define the medication codes right now, there is an ongoing project that looks into this
