• Pablo has reviewed the scenarios, see updated document here and will also check this with some GP's
• Jens will check them this week from a hospital point of view
• What is pharmacist's connection to the platform is offline ? Info will only be submitted at a later stage.
• Cautiousness for duplicates will have to be there and will need checks

• Can anyone prepare the workflow and sequences for these two use cases:

• wrong dispense for the patient
• what if only a paper prescription is available

• Update on Allergy intolerance:

• RIZIV has suggested some changes to the FHIR resource, changes have been documented, challenge of re-publication, would be handled outside this WG

• Medication implementation guide publication for public comments has been published: https://hl7belgium.org/profiles/hl7belgium/be-medication/

• HL7 Belgium will communicate on this
