Agenda
- Work on scenario's
- Future work items
Minutes
- Pablo sent 3 scenario's, we discuss them
- All 3 scenario's are about a twisted ankle
- do we need to put the indication ? one medication can be taken for multiple indiciations
- we need a placeholder for the indication, free text - it is mandatory
- what is the use case ? based on therapautic line
- Scenario 2: patient has already multiple therapeutic lines
- chronic backpain
- twisted ankle: pain relief medication
- 1 medication on 2 therapeutic lines
- you don't know what applies to what
- it is the business question: does one need to add the doses ?
- Scenario 3: person with a lot of medical history
- plenty of therapeutic lines
- do we need to capture the history in the medication scheme ?
- 3 therapeutic lines that are linked - these are foreseen in the sumehr (as medication history as free text) - do you need to connect the medication ?
- what will the medication sheme be used for ?
- there should be a patient friendly print-out for the patient, which will be a different view of the medication scheme
- history can be of value for GP and pharmacist
- how will the GP use this ?
- re-use therapeutic line
- start new therapeutic line
- it is not because computer systems keep history eternally that the eternal history has to be displayed - only history that has relevance should be displayed, has to be determined by the application that shows the medication (timeframe, specific datasets, ...)
- not having the medication history (when manually deleted) today is painful
- Due to José's absence the questions/open issues have been listed and they will be further discussed during our next meeting
Action items for next meeting Discuss open questions
- is indication mandatory ?
- what with multiple indications in multiple therapeutic lines ?
- how to capture the history in the medication scheme ?
Next meeting Nov 9 at 11AM
