• issue on valueset on vaccin codes can be closed: have been codd, 2 codes are missing as they do not exist in int'l Snomed CT

• NRC agrees with the proposal, will only be able to include it in their next release which is in September
• eHealth platform will publish the valueset earlier and will notify about the publication
• NRC will be responsable of the maintenance of this list

• status of issues #17 on reaction codes and certitudes

• reaction becomes "must support" (if present, cannot be ignored) in the profile, is reaction within 15-20 min, so there's only need to put the manifestation, so it is the same valueset as allergy

• change: detail : Reference(Observation)
• see business rules how manifestations that are not in the valueset, have to be treated (through ticket)
• an extension will be added for a codeable concept (which will be optional)
• why not use codeableconcept.text instead of Clinical Finding: is technically better

• certitudes: in confirmation statement extension
• issue 44: Location might conflict with the encounter field

• encounter was not must support and is now
• we agree to remove the extension location and use encounter instead

• issue 65: Add reaction CodeableConcept extension and a valueset
• new issue: extension BeAdministeredProduct that contains reference, code, lot, expiry. In the normal case the product will be identified by the code + lot + expiry, without reference. Therefore there are 2 places for lot and expiration, therefore we remove Immunization.lot and Immunization.expiryDate (making them forbidden 0..0)

• Logical model has removed protocol, type, sequence number, reliability as they will not be used in the beginning; it does not mean that they are forbidden

• must support meaning for software implementers: you can expect that it is there, you don't have to show it to the users, but it is there for a reason and you have to consider it in the process - to be clarified by HL7 Belgium

• The final version of the FHIR vaccination profile will be presented/ sent around by email (link will be added here afterwards)
