• Issue 85: link one prescription to another and execute one before the other

• proposal to use "AsNeeded" but this has another meaning, when patient needs it (f.e. take the medication when you have the need, f.e. headache)
• sequence has to be identified in another way; use TAsk.input reference to service.Request ; we need a place to put the referral ID ; basedOn is already used for, see https://hl7.org/fhir/servicerequest-definitions.html#ServiceRequest.basedOn
• this has to be investigated to be able to come up with a new proposal - new issue will be created #issue X
• there are 2 different matters: different activities to be done by the nurse and different prescriptions
• it is proposed to put this in a care plan or to use https://www.hl7.org/fhir/request.html#compound
