• eAgreement has already been profiled and published, see here: https://www.ehealth.fgov.be/standards/fhir/mycarenet/artifacts.html#2 ::* HL7 Belgium did not exist yet at that time

• the logical model will have to be developed. NIC has provided the necessary info to HL7 Belgium and this will be prepared at the side and proposed to this WG in a couple of weeks

• possible work items: eAttest

• already exists in KMEHR, objective is to move to FHIR
• Philippe is presenting the context, workflow and specifications in detail, see all info here
• goal is to develop a logical model, see reasoning here
• there will have to be a project proposal that has to pass the Validation WG and the federal program board
