Agenda and follow-up of Validation meetings
RSW demands that the agenda and summary is ALWAYS presented by mail, at least one day in advance. Action item: José to send out the agenda in advance.
Meeting and project hygiene
It is a point of attention that we have several meetings - several projects, for which everyone is potentially involved. This causes resource constraints that are not possible to plan. Action item - Karlien: inventory of groups and scope, and possibly participants.
Overview project statuses
Infrastructure WG
- Meetings are being held (biweekly, wednesdays, at 9am, RSW is represented by Isabelle for the time being
- COZO - Benny
- VZN/ KUL also invited
AllergyIntolerance
- The profile is considered finished for a while now.
- In principle, we can solve this quickly. Proposals are:
1. Change the LM to include the Allergy / intlerance type values - (3 or 4 values) 2. Consider if we have or need a 4th generic code above the 3 values we considered initially. 3. Remove the AllergyIntolerance.type - make it 0..0, - explain why!
- We will send an email with the proposals above. Normally we could wait 2 weeks - but in this case, we will ask everyone to say Yes/No ASAP, so that we can finish as early as possible and not wait 2 weeks.
The email is going to the Current participants in the Patient Dossier group. Karlien will decide if she wants to reach out to everyone that was originally invited. This means that by February 10th (latest) we will have Allergy profile published.
Manzana publication
After a QA sanity check, we will send an email to the community - a different email from the AllergyIntolerance. We will also create some regular communication for the participants.
Publication of non-federal IGs
We will follow the same process as for Manzana (Manzana is an example of a non-federal IG).
Lab LM / Lab profile publication
- After the LM is updated for the Lab Report, we will issue a "technical", non-substantive correction that includes the logical model and updates.
Meeting adjourned at 11:55
