- using episodes of care does not seem the best solution, it has been decided to use a care plan

- there has already been some anticipation due to the ongoing work on care plans at VAZG regarding the identifier
- CvKO wants to add additional info is the investigation has aberrant results
- communication resource:
- in the future we could look into a care plan (not yet)
- this will refer to the episode of care
- WG decides to adopt the Communication resource to convey this information, and we will join it to the existing structure using the Communication.about field, which will refer to the EpisodeOfCare. The existing extension will remain in place
- what kind of valueset do we want ?
- preference goes to having one valueset
- the business rules are being discussed and the updates are put in green, see here
- when can we expect a publication ?
- the changes have to be applied
- has BeCommunication been added
- there are 2 types of communication : one is the observation (with the result: positive or negative or a text), other is textual communication

- the publication will have to be validated through the WGSE meeting but it is not ready - to be decided who will make the changes to the IG (by Veerle)
