- Resolution of new issues & rework of IG
Minutes
- there is now a care plan that includes the ServiceRequest, Communication, Observation, Encounter and Appointment, some confusing arrows have been removed
- care plan would be created as first step
- then an appointment is created
- the encounter follows the appointment
- service request can be a follow up of the observation in the encounter
- does the care plan need a period, to which the care plan reports to
- to add these dates/period we can add it to the overall care plan that would consists of different care plans
- review of document: all open issues are now resolved
- review of open issues: they can all be closed
Action Items
- the publication will have to be validated through the WGSE meeting but it is not ready as the changes will have to be made to the FHIR IG
