• Meetings have happened with the experts which have resulted in business rules and a first draft logical model, work lead by Anne (RIZIV)

• draft IG will be here
• patient relationships will be the ones already defined for the core package: see here

• The point is raised that a clear mapping with kmehr is necessary
• We have to decide if FHIR R4 or R5 will be used
• Resource consent is used : here we talk about a clinical consent but there is also a concept of consent to share data (for which there is one at national level and at regional level). Will the same FHIR resource be used: yes. We have to avoid confusion for everyone so there is a clear need to clarify.

• we might have to rename the IG branch as consent here is already confusing

• The WG members would like to have the already existing Royal Decree and other relevant documents (brochure)

• Next actions:

• prepare first draft of IG by eHealth platform
• make business rules document & other documents available to the WG
