• The business rules document has been distributed to the WG members:

• Mbt leeftijd van het kind (juridische discussie rond privacy van geneesmiddelenvoorschriften en dus “kind”leeftijd)

• Ook hier is dat mogelijks enkel voor geneesmiddelenvoorschriften? Ik ken de discussie en het standpunt niet in de bredere scope van gezondheidszorg in het algemeen. Maar wil hier wel even de aandacht op vestigen.

• Mbt mandaten en link met zorgvolmachten (eenmaal we in FHIR werken)

• Dit is mogelijks een link om later te implementeren…

• other remark: will FHIR R4 or R5 will be used ?

• significant decision to be made
• a new WG will be set-up after the holidays on R4/R5 for all the projects by eHealth platform/HL7 Belgium
• discussion exists on github with 4 projects for which the versioning is a subproject

• please note that R4b is not an official version, it doesn't work and is not supported

• question: WillCategory is not mandatory, it might become Must Support

• based on the category specific business rules will be defined
• it might be necessary to become mandatory as otherwise it will not be sent

• valuesets: will they be custom ones or Snomed CT ones ?

• a process is started to have them in Snomed CT, it will be decided by the NRC terminology centre ; currently the ones mentioned are the kmehr ones. Not sure whether the kmehr ones will be intermediate ones before the Snomed ones are available. Still to be determined whether the Snomed ones will be available on time
• NRC will maintain the codes
• kmehr value sets will have to be mapped into FHIR value sets and this mapping will have to be managed (version, publication): who will do this ?

• this can be added to the strategic subproject KmehrToFHIR

• The FHIR IG branch was named consent, it is now changed into patient will

• issue 2 can be closed
• first draft of logical model has been created

• The WG members would like to have the already existing Royal Decree and other relevant documents (brochure)
• The business document is already quite stable so it is requested to move to a 1.0 version
• It would be useful to have all the documents on a portal where comments and questions can be logged

• Next actions:

• make business rules document & other documents available to the WG (Anne + Karlien)
• come prepared with first remarks on business rules document by 13 July (by all)
• prepare a proposal for different naming for the FHIR branch (by eHealth platform)
