• Everybody of KB78 can create an allergyIntolerance with with verification status 'unconfirmed'. Only physicians may use the other possibilities of verificationStatus (confirmed, refuted).

• who can edit/modify an allergy & intolerance

• we think of physican/health care practioner
• what about a nurse f.e. ?

• there is a need for clarification in the business rules ?

• all HCP could edit a careset, a nurse can edit an allergy and add f.e. an additional reaction

• what about the patient: can he register an allergy ; but the status cannot be confirmed in this case
• will a GP accept that a nurse changes a confirmed allergy

• there seems to be a need for clear business rules as otherwise, all the softs at all the different lines will do it whatevery way seems logic for them
