Meeting Minutes:
- Opening remark from Arnaud: a data analyst from RIZIV will have a look at the information model in the upcoming weeks
- WG Mission statement : see draft on wiki pages, presented by Robin
- The group discusses the importance of the existence of use cases. As these provide the context for our datamodel we should have this context. RIZIV already has already put a note together on the different scenarios that can fulfill this - the group can give feedback on this (cfr. infra for links)
- Remark on codesystems: are these completely out of scope ? The group strongly feels advice, clarifications and/or direction will indeed be necessary in some cases
- Robin will finetune the out-of-scope paragraph, the WG feels the scope is above all on message structure, not on transport layer or the general interoperability architecture.
- Presentation of "Verwijsvoorschrift Scenarios V2 RIZIV", by Arnaud
- Was already validated by all organisations of the care providers/beroepsbeoefenaars
- Part 1 is about: what is a referral, what are the needs, ...
- More explanations about p11, Scenario 1
- Introduction of draft of "logical model of NIHDI" by Robin
Action points for all: review of and provide feedback/comments/questions on
