Mintutes/Topics

1) Child Record by VAZG: no extra information available at the time. The goal is to move the AS IS situation (Kind & Gezin) to FHIR. There is a relationship with Ebirth (Younes).

2) Publication of referral. The comparison of the business document and the profiles is in progress, the business document must be up to date to publish on éSanté. We always need the full history of both the business document and the IG. SNOMED CT terminology is difficult (not up to date - not complete)

3) Publication of the IG related to Pseudonymisation. The new version of infsec was published on the 14th of November. Every project needs their own cookbooks on how to use pseudonymization (functionally) in their own project.

4) What about the FHIR-ization of getTransactionList (Hub/MetaHub infrastructure). There are ongoing initiatives from COZO in the datacaps project SHIFT. This might be a first step (to be evaluated).

5) Current publications Allergy / Vaccinations. There are new issues for allergy and evolutions in the valuesets for Vaccination. To be checked.

6) Process to keep valuesets up to date. This is still unclear. We know the ultimate responsibility is with the NRC, but there are several difficulties, such as valuesets still defined in the IGs, which would require continuous republications. There is also the question of medical impact of changes to the valuesets. This seems to imply that we need medical approval for those changes. FPS Health is responsible for all medical terminology used in Belgium (although it might not be the owner). AFPMS is responsible for the authentic source for medications (not a part of terminology). It is up to RIZIV/INAMI to provide a business process to keep all valuesets up to date. José Costa Teixeira will provide a list of all out-of-date valuesets. He proposes to bundle all changes and ask for approval for all changes at the same time.

7) Status of the NRC terminology server. The NRC-server is currently available for testing in the acceptance environment. Beginning of 2025 in production: please be aware that this is not for massive online access, only for distribution of the authentic source.

8) BE FHIR-A-THON of 25 & 26 November: discussion of practical preparations for the FHIR-A-TON, updates to the wiki: organisation is going smooth
