• FHIR profiles/scope is confirmed : vital signs and observations (in general)

• Remecare has already done some work on observations and vital signs and is presented
• patient ID: can we share INSZ, this is being dealt with within one of the WGs of the Telemonitoring Prescription project, where Joke has the lad
• patient ID: has to be a logical reference
• pull request is needed
