- RIZIV/INAMI has been working on this, including consultation of the Data Capabilities projects that included this careset

- you can make a reference to a symptom
- what is allowed as symptom codes: snomed disorders (which are findings)
- the Symptom can be a codable reference to the observations of the symptoms of the Disorder/diseaes so one can link disorders and their clinical expression
