- Flanders wants to profile the current kmehr Child record into FHIR to store in Vitalink FHIR
- This has been approved by the FHIR validation team
- Business documentation is available here: https://github.com/hl7-be/patient-dossier/issues/1
- The child record is being shared between the CLBs, schools and health care practioners, since 2014
- RIZIV raises that there is more than one concept in one careset, this is a diagnostic report that has to have references to observations
- A meeting between RIZIV and Flanders/Opgroeien has to be planned asap
- FHIR logical model has been drafted here: https://build.fhir.org/ig/hl7-be/childrecord/branches/master/StructureDefinition-ChildReport.html
- alignment is necessary b/w the business documentation and the FHIR draft logical model

- rework on logical model after alignment meeting b/w RIZIV and Flanders
