Agenda
- Updates on minor changes on existing artefacts http://build.fhir.org/ig/hl7-be/hl7-be-fhir-referral-prescription/artifacts.html
- Codesystem names : – naming has to be in singular, not in plural
- optional requirement: possibility to link several request together – through FHIR requisition element
- Focus on laboratory
- Data analysis is ongoing at RIZIV, the logical datamodel is expected to be finished in 1/2 weeks
- Do we cover the labo ordering in this WG or in the new working group HL7 BE FHIR Labo (focus on structured labo results) ?
- Fundamentals for orders will be discussed in this WG and then it will be handed over to the Labo WG
- Labo order profile has been created: http://build.fhir.org/ig/hl7-be/hl7-be-fhir-referral-prescription/StructureDefinition-be-lab-prescription.html
- all elements have now been marked as must support
- preference on codes for the observations are explained in http://build.fhir.org/ig/hl7-be/hl7-be-fhir-referral-prescription/StructureDefinition-be-lab-prescription-definitions.html#ServiceRequest.code
- Loinc > Albert > laboratory owned code + mandatory text > only text
- specimen: no BE profiling yet, not sure if it is necessary – not in scope of this WG
- there are many different ways to do a labo order and labos thinks it works well – request on paper/ labo have requests on website / labo have modules o include in GP package
- Loinc has its own terminology servers, there seem not to any plans for terminology servers in BE
