• IHE is doing some work in ITI Infrastructure

• see technical frameworks out for comment

• All work that HL7 is doing is public
• We could invite some experts to our group
• 2 open topics that we should work on with experts at int'l level to create guidance documents, preferably separate documents

• how to handle end-to-end encryption in HL7 FHIR and how to standardize this
• how can FHIR servers distribute to other FHIR servers/act as a broker for other FHIR servers (f.e. several hospitals with their own FHIR server that aggregate ; trend is that hospitals are not hosting their own FHIR servers

• how to proceed ?

• suggestion to start with presentations f.e. RSW FHIR endpoint

• collect info within the HL7 community: look at Netherlands, Scandinavia ?
