FHIR governance process

  • We added an issue to include terminology process in our Standardization process
  • We will have a meeting to detail the operational aspects
  • We will provide by 7th July a Candidate publication of our process documentation that is ready for eHealth publication.
  • We will include the description of all the participants in the process
    • Include the criteria/list of who is invited
    • Roles and responsibilities

Cancer screening

  • Proposal for engaging WGSE in the Project Proposal review
    • The Project proposals will be checked by the Validation WG.
    • The Project proposals will also be sent to the WGSE. The WGSE may want to
      • discuss internally - and for this the WGSE may either
        • have an ad-hoc WGSE meeting,
        • or wait for the next quarterly meeting
      • OR take a slot directly in the next Validation WG.
  • Call for business experts and HL7 experts
    • the project team will call for the Business Experts Work group
    • the will let HL7 Belgium know when the HL7 Experts group needs to be assembled

Medication Scheme

  • Medication Schema Project Proposal was in Draft, and the Validation WG did not evaluate it yet.
    • We will prepare the project proposal and present to the Validation Group

Patient will

  • Business Experts meetings are expected to start in September

BeAuditEvent

  • Vitalink is using AuditEvent, there is no profile for Belgium
    • We can start the process for a project to use AuditEvent in Belgium. VAZG volunteers to draft the project proposal for capturing, collecting and sharing Audit Events.

Implementation Mapping

  • We could have a mapping of the existing interoperability and functionalities implementations in Belgium
  • It would be interesting to capture the actual implementations of FHIR profiles, actors, etc.
  • HL7 Belgium technical team will have some discussions on this topic

Color scheme for IG status

eHealth shared the color scheme for the profiles:

  • Yellow - Development IGs
  • Red - HL7-BE publications
  • Green - eHealth publications

The actual detailed color scheme (which colors actually change) will be proposed by eHealth and validated in a future HL7 Validation meeting by looking at 3 branches of an IG, each with its color.
