- whenever there is a dispense there should be a medication treatment line ; can be the vault, not the pharmacist
- a dispense can exist autonomously
- there should be one medication treatment line
- who can decide this ? system cannot decide this, doctor has to do this
- medication view lines vs medication treatment lines discussion
- a doctor cannot change the view lines, only the underlying information
- everyone will have the right info available, doctor will have to take responsibility and every doctor will have to do the right job
- new use case: what if dosis changes
