  • using episodes of care does not seem the best solution, it has been decided to use a care plan

  • there are 2 types of communication : one is the observation (with the result: positive or negative or a text), other is textual communication

Action Items

  • the publication will have to be validated through the WGSE meeting but it is not ready - to be decided who will make the changes to the IG (by Veerle)
