Minutes
  • Feedback was received on last week's topics

Tim has some questions on what was discussed last week in the Draft model nursing:

  • Frequency in column 1B: is indicated as optional. Depending on the type of prescribed care it is mandatory. Is it possible to add links b/w type of medication of frequency. This is technically possible but is more complex and has consequences on maintenance level. If we use questionnaires, these kind of rules are easier.
  • is there a maximum duration: prescriber can prescribe some things only for a limited duration, f.e. for 3 months
  • notion of feedback towards GP's: this is not included in today's referral for home nursing ; this would cause the need for new processes at the organisation of home nursing and a tsunami of feedback at GP side. It is currently not a request at home nursing side as in practice there are currently sufficient ways of consults possible
  • for kine referrals it exists as it is legally mandatory in some cases
  • Resulting from the discussions the sheet has been updated, including comments
  • Probes:
  • we discuss the "Valuesets translations" tab and make some modifications in the sheet

Date Next Meeting : June 10 at 4PM

Action points for next meeting:

  • feedback on today's discusions
  • continue work on probes (sondes)
