Meeting Minutes

  • Project update: focus on acceptation release
  • Updates on logical model
  • the recorder and the requester: wording is being changed
  • validationPeriod has been changed into validityPeriod
  • Continue resolution of issues
  • issue on body location : work is ongoing, one valueset has more values than the other one. List has already been reduced. List differ depending the context, one list on the caretaking process has 48 elements, the list for the prescription has more elements and on top there can be other element in the patient information model. RIZIV will continue investigating towards what might be a temporary mapping table.
  • an addition to the profile has been made following the request, see issue Add BeCodedAnnotation
  • different types of notes are needed
  • instead of a simple annotation we change it into multiple notes and will add a type to the note, snomed CT codes: "Contraindication to" and "Reason for", these
  • the prescriber fills it in
  • WG agrees with this change
  • use case for annex 81 has been prepared
  • is this included in the June release ? no Annex 81 is not part of the June release
  • still open items
  • in package core clinical some values has been added to laterality
  • catheter care is not part of the June release
  • wound care: use case has not been discussed on json level, no progress

  • Questions and issues resulting from the FHIR UHMEP workshop on 20 April
  • can we indicate for each field in the logical model who can fill in/update the field ?
  • the info will be made available in the cookbook and the business rules, not in the logical model
  • confusion between the recorder and the requester ; can we clarify the definition of the recorder in the logical model ? it the person who last updated the serviceRequest/referral prescription
  • if a co-prescriber signs the referral/requst he will become the recorder ; the prescriber will not change
  • the prescriber is the origin of the referral/request
  • the wording in the logical model will be adapted by Bart
  • for nursing prescription : annex 81 ; a nurse sends some comments that she has to sign and which have to be signed by a doctor, who will be the co-prescriber
  • validationPeriod: can this be changed into validityPeriod
  • WG agrees to make the change
  • Presentation of updated versions of the valuesets
  • problem codes: for wound care there are different types of wounds
  • combination of Snomed CT and temporary codes
  • the Belgian refset for problem is under construction
  • GP softs don't use Snomed for this yet, will have to be looked into with NRC
  • GP softs need indications when to use this
  • anamnesis has a new value set, specific for annex 81, so not used
  • orderDetail: list has been completed as some codes were missing
  • the color orange means that the code has not been found, so a temporary code is needed
  • Route: 2 new additions (at the bottom)
  • Device: new additions of temporary codes
  • BodySite: the list was provided by Wit Gele Kruis, some details were missings (f.e. on foot) so these details have been added, with other key parts
  • there is no link with the body parts used in wound care, which is a frustration of the nurses as nurses can not document on body parts mentioned in the prescription
  • the issue on Body locations inconsistencies, see here will be updated as there might be a need for a mapping table or a more future proof solution, it should be consistent with what is in the patient dossier

Agenda next meeting

  • review update of logical model following the update of the business rules
  • continue resolution of issues

Next meeting: next week Friday 5 May at 9AM
