  • for publication ease it would be good to split the patient dossier in different packages: split vaccination and allergy & intolerance
  • important note: all the packages are part of the patient health record project managed by RIZIV
  • WG agrees but will leave issue open to not forget
  • Issue #27: vaccine recorder should be mandatory and therefore 1..1
  • performer can be optional
  • valueset stays in draft until NRC approves and we need other codes from NRC
  • We don't have an update from the progress at NRC as Anne is the liaison and is excused for this meeting
  • Snomed CT might have an issue with the proposed "other"
  • do we have to await the NRC approval before being able to publication ? normally yes. Plan B: add our own codes which would cause a mess afterwards if NRC will propose other codes

  • Issue #6 Naming systems for the Belgian CodeSystems:
  • vaccinnet code naming system will have to be created; is ths managed in the vaccination or in the medication package ?
  • in vaccinnet it is the CNK code of the vaccin having the smallest package, is more a package code used to identify the vaccine
  • Issue #16: status reason and reason code
  • indicates the reason why it was not performed
