- we will decide afterwards whether to preadopt R5 elements
- No feedback from WG members on the work being done by Data Capabilities projects on encounter by Pablo

- elements from FHIR R5 have been taken into account
- the decision has been made to build the Belgian FHIR profiles on R4 by default, discussion on this
- A draft Belgian BeEncounter will be build to ensure Data Cap projects to be aligned with this
- Due to small changed to BeVaccination, a new version 2.1.1 will be published as release candidate on 8 July, see here and here
- Vaults are starting to work on BeCommunication, see issue 116
- Vitalink: this is part of Alivia project
- RSB and RSW are working on this as part of VIDIS

- work has to be aligned, this will be put as agenda point for the next FHIR Validation meeting, to agree on the way to move forward
- this is not part of the new release candidate
