  • resolution of issues & start work on BeRelatedPerson
Minutes
  • In last week's WG Patient Care we raised (again) the need for a Belgian FHIR profile for Related Person
  • this was discussed during the FHIR validation group meeting and it was agreed that the core WG can start working on this, based on the international profile, that was assessed as very good
  • afterwards we can also continue the work on a Belgian FHIR profile for Encounter
  • We will also look into the new issues and their resolution afterwards, unless someone expresses that they have a high priority
  • WG starts working on BeRelatedPerson
  • see discussion's conclusions in issue: https://github.com/hl7-be/core/issues/78
  • Vitalink raises some additional requirements: BeAddress, SSIN number (also for pseudonymization), Name
  • there are 2 concepts: role of person and relationship with the patient
  • we decide to create a BePerson profile with SSIN, BeAddress
  • we allow all code systems, but we would prefer a list of Snomed CT codes
  • we will leave relationship type open
  • no slice will be created at this moment for legal vs social/emotional
  • we will look into R5 for RelatedPerson
