- RIZIV/INAMI wants to call it BeClinicalObservation

- scope is a family of observations
- please review and put your comments on the issue 105
- still to be decided whether we need component or not
- description "Belgian federal profile for a clinical observation." has to be updated"
- BeObservation will be kept as a very generic observation, RIZIV cannot guarantee the semantic interoperability

- objective is to move to an official published generic BeProcedure careset as part of the RIZIV/INAMI BeSafeShare project

- planned procedures are not in the scope (yet)
- eBirth & Glycemic are also using observations & problem & procedure so both projects will have to be modified: RIZIV/INAMI will update us once the work on the concerned caresets has been finished
