• Terminology governance process

• José volunteers to document a draft BPMN diagram for technical value set governance
  • Noting that there is an "emergency" process needed - which should be based on the same artifacts but the approval can be different/accelerated
  • This procedure should be code-based, not ValueSet-based: We want people to focus on adding codes, not on reviewing the entire list every time.

• We'll discuss how this impacts the release process:
  • Do we need to change BePatient if we just make a small change to BeVSVaccinationCodeCodeSystem?
    • We'll need to discuss and JM will prepare a proposal. Currently we are inclined to NOT change the version when publishing unchanged artifacts in a new package.

• • We should also see how to document the dependencies - to see what profiles (and what implementers?) are affected with changing one code set. To be discussed when ideas appear...

• eHealth, NRC, RIZIV are already discussing the terminology server.
  • We should clarify the architecture. Jose to present a draft proposal for Reference / Master server, + separation of content vs infrastructure + update process - do we update the IG and server at the same time, or in an emergency the server is updated first?
  • We can present this to David when the draft is ready.
