For the conclusion in context, see [GitHub](https://github.com/hl7-be/validation-team/issues/10*issuecomment-2624114574).

      • Open issues for Allergy
  • Conclusion acted by* bdc-ehealth *on* 2025-01-30 10:36:31

The validation team concluded the following:

> For issues related to terminology we do not convoke the HL7 workgroup but we first try to solve them in a smaller meeting with the NRC and other involved stakeholders.

Other issues related to guidance, but not to structuredefinitions, can also be solved in smaller meeting.

However, there might be a workgroup meeting necessary to validate the overall result, if there is a reaction to the email/small group procedure.

Open GitHub issues should be checked by the BeSafeShared project team to follow up.

For the conclusion in context, see [GitHub](https://github.com/hl7-be/validation-team/issues/12*issuecomment-2624018438).

      • Terminology request process
  • Conclusion acted by* bdc-ehealth *on* 2025-01-30 10:15:13

The validation team concluded the following:

> How are we going to decide on the binding of a field (SNOMED, LOINC, ...) What is the process for requesting new terminologies? José will ask RIZIV to volunteer to dry run the process using the Vaccination project. This might include the link between SNOMED CT and SAMv2. Jean-Michel and José will discuss this together. David mentions there is a project to create a Belgian Drug Extension to make the link to SAMv2. We might include the project SAMv2 on FHIR.

For the conclusion in context, see [GitHub](https://github.com/hl7-be/validation-team/issues/3*issuecomment-2624065629).

      • State of the art - Terminology service
  • Conclusion acted by* bdc-ehealth *on* 2025-01-30 11:02:11

The validation team concluded the following:

> For the FHIR IGs the terminology center will provide the Refsets to be referenced by the FHIR ValueSets (by means of a link) in the IG.

The NRC is the technical owner of the list, but they need medical assistance for the contents of the lists.

Anne, David and Marie Alexandra will try to write this down (David signals that there might be some problems with the medical input).

For the conclusion in context, see [GitHub](https://github.com/hl7-be/validation-team/issues/6*issuecomment-2624174564).
