Agenda

Minutes

  • Agenda has not been sent in advance
  • Isabelle points out that she prefers to see the agenda 2-3 days in advance, and not one hour upfront
  • is it an option to have this meeting only once a month ?
  • agenda points are issues 25-26-27-28-29-30
  • by Jeroen De Wilde on PSS Antimicrobial
  • goal is to move towards publication
  • email has to be sent to stakeholders with link to build & include the business documentation
  • at the same time WGSE has to be consulted as it is an official concertation organ
  • for both there will be a period of 2 weeks
  • request for publication will have to be moved to BC eHealth
  • the 2 weeks of period for review by 2 weeks by WGSE is being questioned as too short, the proposal is to discuss this during next WGSE meeting on 6 June
  • WG agrees that it is fine to move towards publication for PSS AMB
  • be-cs-care-location is duplicated in vaccination IG and in core IG
  • this may result in a rejection by the FHIR server
  • see here:
  • WG agrees that having it duplicated it not a good practice
  • WG asks what the impact is on the vaccination IG ?
  • it will require a new publication of the vaccination IG
  • vaccination IG already depends on the core IG
  • vaults do not prefer a new publication in the upcoming year due to vaccinnet 2.0
  • WG decides we need to analyze, first analysis to be presented in 2 weeks
  • for info that HL7 BE WG will start meeting on BeProblem on 14 April
  • it will be in a new package/IG
  • dates need to be set asap
  • depends on location though

Next meeting: Thursday 24 April at 10AM
