- prescriber takes the ownership and it will result in one medication line
- prescriber does not interfere with the existing lines and creates a new medication line having a medication that exists in another medication line

- technically in FHIR everything has its history (tracking of who changed what into what at every level)
- how to keep track of history:e very json file can have a pointer to a past history
- José can put together an example to demonstrate this
