Agenda

continue discussion open questions

  • is indication mandatory ?
  • what with multiple indications in multiple therapeutic lines ?
  • how to capture the history in the medication scheme ?
Minutes
  • Indication cannot be mandatory and can be free text
  • Multiple indications in multiple therapeutic lines
  • do we need to capture the history in the medication scheme ?
  • 3 therapeutic lines that are linked - these are foreseen in the sumehr (as medication history as free text) - do you need to connect the medication ?
  • what will the medication sheme be used for ?
  • there should be a patient friendly print-out for the patient, which will be a different view of the medication scheme
  • history can be of value for GP and pharmacist
  • how will the GP use this ?
  • re-use therapeutic line
  • start new therapeutic line
  • it is not because computer systems keep history eternally that the eternal history has to be displayed - only history that has relevance should be displayed, has to be determined by the application that shows the medication (timeframe, specific datasets, ...)
  • not having the medication history (when manually deleted) today is painful
  • Due to José's absence the questions/open issues have been listed and they will be further discussed during our next meeting
