Agenda

  • work on logical model observation

Minutes

  • Anne points out that the diabetes observation and eBirth observation have a high priority
  • there is an element in R5, if we stau in R4 we need an extension
  • nothing prevents an organisation to use the extension
  • revision of logical model for BeObservation, see here
  • word doc is referenced here
  • we discussed identifier last time (::* UniqueIdentifier will be renamed to Identifier and it will be 1..* instead of 1..1)
  • recorded date is not the same as effective date and is used for all caresets
  • is mandatory
  • recorder: is the one who takes the medical responsability of what is recorded
  • can the recorder be the patient ? yes, and then the takes the medical responsability
  • we will need the recorder extension as it is not in the FHIR int'l profile ; there performer is the responsable
  • performer: can often be the same as the recorder, but not always ; f.e. upon covid vaccination, the nurse was the performer but the MD was the recorder
  • we need to check the other caresets to ensure the distinction
  • identification of performer and recorder
  • RIZIV/INAMI nbr (11 digits) or INSZ nbr (but then we need pseudonymization)
