Minutes

  • New issues have been created and need to be looked into: as from next meeting
  • Diabetes observation
  • for diabetes care, the evolution is more important than the last day/week evolution
  • evolutions during at least 14 days/a month
  • what would be the frequency to make the report available/sync'ed with the vaults, f.e. a weekly basis
  • would there be a pull possibility for critical care ?
  • technically it is possible, it will have to be decided if this use case is needed for the business
  • do we want the raw data or do we want a report ? needs to be decided
  • it is a report that the physician makes and pushed the vaults, is a pdf/summary
  • frequency of the report has to be determined: biweekly or monthly
  • is it a physician validated or computer generated report : in our hubs/vaults system it should be validated by a clinician but is this applicable here ?
  • reports might have to be validated, do observations have to be validated ? This is a decision that needs to be taken at a higher level
  • which data would the report have ? the need depends on the type of clinician and type of condition
  • question is asked whether GP softs need to import these data: no
  • Do we need to split observatino and problem in separate WG meetings ? Will be discussed at the HL7 Belgium members meeting on 30 May afternoon
