- A merge has been done into the main branch of https://github.com/RemeCare/patient-monitoring into https://github.com/hl7-be/patient-monitoring
- There is some incomplete work due to missing terminology codes
- emails have been sent to NRC requesting LOINC and Snomed codes by Remecare, no reply yet
- it is up to NRC to decide to go for Snomed or Loinc and to indiciate which Snomed codes to use
- formal process on new codes is expected soon to be communicated by NRC, WG will be updated on this
- Tom will only be able to present the work at their end in 4 weeks
- Alfred is starting to look into FHIR
- Priority use cases
- heart failure : it has been defined, see use case in IG: https://build.fhir.org/ig/hl7-be/patient-monitoring/heartfailure.html
- survey has been profiles
- observation has been profiled
- will need alignment with the RIZIV reimbursement
- goal is that the RIZIV convention links to this IG, so to point out to RIZIV
- holter monitoring
- use case will be described in the upcoming weeks
- this WG has already worked on holter monitoring
- TM project & coupling with FHIR work: update on workflow
- EHR presribes the telemonitoring through going to the TM portal
- provider accepts/sends status (in progress, completed, cancelled) and is notifying the EHR through the TM hub
- provider sends output (dashboard, FHIR, pdf) to EHR through TM hub
- in this process links to the HL7 Belgium work have been added
- link to the HL7 Belgium care path/use cases and the HL7 Belgium FHIR implementation guide IG
- we do want to check with HL7 international and HL7 Europe, we want to know what is happening outside of Belgium and to find concerned experts
- HL7 Belgium has to check what is ongoing beyond Belgium
- we are going to explore the option if a workshop on this topic is possible during the FHIR devdays in Amsterdam beginning of June
