- we hear that there is a different channel that asks feedback on this document, asking Data Cap projects for feedback
- the question for feedback from the Data Cap projects was raised by RIZIV and FOD VG, following
- the remarks have not been taken into account
- Presentation of the logical data model you can make a reference to a symptom
- what is allowed as symptom codes: snomed disorders (which are findings)
- the Symptom can be a codable reference to the observations of the symptoms of the Disorder/diseaes so one can link disorders and their clinical expression
