• optional fields: practioner & practioner role, patient, claimResponse, operationOutcome
• types have been created: id, status, type (is fixed value), subtype for claimResponse

• some fields have been created f.e. slices for identifier

• A list of acronyms has to be created, f.e. GMD, see issue 5, goal is to have the acronym at MyCareNet package level

• All presented work is approved
