  • Robin is sharing an update on the Guidance in 3.14.2, http://build.fhir.org/ig/hl7-be/hl7-be-fhir-laboratory-report/guidance.html : whenever needed to express the MIME type of a FHIR message, its formal MIME type SHALL be used which is: XML or JSON
  • In HL7.org the observation resource has an element "derived from" that can point to 0 or more observations, see hl7.org/fhir/observation.html#obsgrouping
