• Medication is part of nursing care and have to be put in a model, Robin has done preparations here

• it would be good to check the model with concrete examples. Please send some concrete examples

• more specifically around Nursing Medication in 2.3.3

• Who can make preparations for the scenarios ?

• Tim & team have been looking at the file, only 4 tot 5 cases have not been covered
• We don't expect clinical experts to "translate" the scenarios in FHIR terminologies

• Tim is showing some prescriptions from day-to-day life

• useful info: product, frequency, type of administration
• some examples, as well as for medication, will be provided

• 4 tot 5 cases have not been covered by this model

• hygienic care: does this have to be prescribed anyway ? some doctors like to prescribe it. Should we leave it to be prescribed in an open text field

• should we add a category to BeNursingType "other" or change the "not-reimbursed services" code

• care of respiration system
• dialyse: this will be prescribed by a hospital that describes the details of administration
• parenteral feeding is includes in perfusion specialization code
• debridement of wounds: Cat C procedure, would be included in woundcare nursing prescription
• removal of wire/bonding/suture materials: a prescription is needed
• removal of wicks and drains
• care for diabetic: should be part of digital prescriptions, will have to be added at highest part
• preparation of medication should be part of other (line 103)
